SVR 2010 PSP question

I have been looking all over the net(web) for answers to the PSP problem, for starters, I have been reading in other forms that you can have custom music in this game just like in '09. How can I acomplish this in '10?

This was an after thought, I know that Austin cannot be DL on the PSP, but I cannot find a CAW for him either. Does anyone have a good Stone Cold Steve Austin? Remember, less then 16 layers, I think that that is the PSP limit, not sure though.
