He was a good man.. But in a lot of ways, his death is the reason so many people think of him so highly. It was the same as Michael Jackson.. the media, and a lot of people, actually hated him before he died, then suddenly everyone loved him. They blamed him for breaking up the Beatles, and never doing the same quality of music, because he chose to do what Yoko Ono wanted. But personally, i think Working Class Hero was better than anything The Beatles made... |

As many people probably know, 29 years ago John Lennon was killed. Let's take this thread to remember all the great things John did.
I never lived at the same time that he did but I know many people here did and I'm sure it's even tougher for them, having lived through his death.
God...i'm trying to get over the death of Umaga and i have this to think about, even though it was 29 years ago.
